CMIC believes that the well-being of its staff creates a friendly and productive working environment which is the key driver behind the company’s success. Therefore, besides safety, the well-being of all CMIC staff is also a top priority. In line with this commitment, the Touk Meas Plant is equipped with modern offices and facilities, a 24/7 clinic with ambulance, modern staff accommodation and canteen, an impressive gym and sports facilities, as well as a beautifully-landscaped garden, all of which combine to create a healthy and happy living and working environment.

CMIC takes an active interest in the health and happiness of its employees. We budget for the support of our female staff during the delivery of their children and all staff are entitled to annual medical checkups, as well as private and public insurance which provides health, accident and life cover. We also conduct a quarterly Employee Information Event where we share company updates, celebrate employees’ birthdays and hand over various awards to our team.

To further ensure that our staff are living life to the fullest, we initiate various sporting activities, such as biking, football and a half marathon. Every year, we organise a family day which also acts as a staff retreat for team building purposes.
